Stairs: From design to cleaning we do it all. If you have an older home that needs the stairs to be modernized, a new railing or handrail install, we have the expertise to ensure it is installed to code and the finished surfaces are provided or restored to bring the finishing touches you were looking for.
The Exterior of your home is the first area that must be maintained for the Curb Appeal of any home. It is the first thing that everyone sees and notices when visiting or driving past your neighborhood. A well landscaped and maintained yard is the first area that should be the focus of any home owner. Each House n Home should have a well maintained yard with a combination of planting areas, yard, landscaped gardens (flower, vegetable, and rock gardens, and if the area allows for it a nice water feature.
We design so that your home gets the required Sun Transmission Class (STC), among other code required ratings, then once installed, we will install window blinds, clean them and if your window is on the South or West side of your home we will make suggestions of ways to help keep your home comfortable in the hot summer months as well as allowing sunshine in during the cold winter months to bring in the light and warm your room. It's all about keeping your spaces comfortable while reducing your energy consumption for a better world to pass down to our future generations..
