Service Description

Packages Range from $2.00 / sq. ft. contractor's set requiring the customer / contractor to do most of the permit process themselves, with sets up to a $5.00 / sq. ft. set which starts with the Schematic Design Phase that lets the client view a Schematic, 3D, Concept Design which includes 3D panoramic views and mid range renderings from the comfort of their own home and their home computer of a designed home that is unique to them, it is refined until the Customer / Client is satisfied that their design is refined with Building Materials, Colored Interior Finishes, that lead to a Multitude of Schedules (Door, Window Fixtures, Appliances, among others, Building Material Lists that display square footages and Material Take-offs and 3D Rendered Framing Views, ready for the final Construction Document (CD) Phase preparing their documents for jurisdictional permit approval. Each set is fully described more in detail once the client contacts us. We then supply a detailed description of each set, the related square footage (sq. ft.) related fee and the services related to each different type of set offered. Other House n Home Services are per bid estimate and shall be determined by a site visit and are subject to change as / if the negotiable, scope of services change.
